My customers are awesome!

Oh wow! This is awesome! I want my entire life to smell this great!

Ahhhhh, bliss! This stuff is incredible - you'll want to put it on all over just so you can smell it! My car broke down in the post office parking lot the night I picked up this package, and I just contented myself sniffing the lovely stuff from SuperBad while I waited for a tow truck!

The Fab Things People Say

I was checking my etsy feedback this morning and got this fabulous comment!

Pumpkin Queen Coronation is Pulp's brainy sister with the vintage cardigan and cat's eye glasses and bright red lipstick. She is hot stuff. So is Super Bad.

Super blushes & says "aw shucks"

This gal immediately came to mind:

^^^Isn't she fab???^^^

Also this morning, I read a thread on one of my forums about food drive donations & the poor quality of food that comes in. Cheap, bad for you food, odd pickled stuff, out of date items, unidentifiable items, etc...It stuck me that I have not donated as much as I could. So from now on, I'm going to do a better job donating healthier foods & more frequently.

Ahahahaha!!!

My new etsy avatar cracks me up.

Even though it's like a 1,000 degrees here, I'm thinking of fall scents. I want something new...Hmm...

Twisted Treasures

Other than awesome new green boots, what's better than crazy-fun jewelry?

Being buds with the crazy-fun jewelry artist. Yeppers, Sarah makes eclectic little whimsies and she is my pal.

Sarah's pieces are like little tales, bits & pieces of memories pinned down in wire. Never actually witnessed the assembling of her creations, I imagine Sarah digging through an old cigar box filled with childhood treasures. A kitty button from an old baby sweater. A tat of lace. Rhinestones from granny's bracelet. Discarded watch parts. Shells and pebbles. Skeleton keys.

Then with a modest length of wire and the lightning fast wrists of a Rubik's Cube Champion, she twists & bends the wire around the focal artifact. A bead or two, and viola! She's done.

I like to say we've collaborated on some pieces, but it's more like "Sar, here's some glass cabochons I made in my kiln, do something fab with them!" And she does. It's amazing...really.

See...

TAG! You're IT!

Check these out! Tagasaurus!

I am such a dork, I have been trying to decide which one to buy for my FOUR YEAR OLD's birthday, which is coming up soon. I think they are SO cute (particularly the Earth & the ladybug), so cute that I was going to buy a little suitcase for my little one so she could put her tag on it.

I know, I know. Bad gift idea. Bad gift idea for a soon-to-be 4 year old...unless I fill the bag up with toys...hmm.

Looks like she's having a sale until the 4th--get a free flag tag!
